Presentation day

We started the day on campus by making the final adjustments to our pitch. At around 11 AM, the pitches began. Once every group had presented to the jury, we received our first certificate.

Following lunch, we left for Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive took about three hours, and when we arrived at the lodges we first arranged the rooms and put our luggage away. Later, we headed to the restaurant for dinner.

Since the night was still young, we decided to sit together and talk for a while in someone’s room. When we eventually decided to go to sleep, we were suddenly greeted by a hippo standing right in front of us, as the animals walk freely between the lodges. Luckily, the hippos moved away after a while, allowing us to finally get a good night’s sleep.
