Presentation day
We started the day on campus by making the final adjustments to our pitch. By 11 AM, the pitching sessions commenced. Each group presented their ideas to the jury, and afterwards, we proudly received our first certificate.
After lunch, we set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park. The journey by bus took roughly three hours. Upon arrival at the lodges, we organised our rooms and unpacked our bags before heading to the restaurant for dinner.
Since the night was still young, we gathered in one of the rooms for a relaxed chat. When we eventually decided to go to sleep, we were suddenly greeted by a hippo standing right in front of us, as the animals walk freely between the lodges. Luckily, the hippos moved away after a while, allowing us to finally get a good night’s sleep.
