From city streets to farm feasts

The day began on campus, where we regrouped according to the sectors that most interested us. My group was drawn to the security sector, eager to learn more about its challenges and opportunities.

Afterwards, we spent a couple of hours in the city engaging with local residents to better understand the challenges they face within the security sector. Based on those conversations, we brainstormed possible solutions to these problems.

In the evening, we were warmly welcomed at the family farm of one of our teachers. We enjoyed a guided tour and gained an understanding of the farm’s daily operations. After the tour, we gathered for dinner on the farm, followed by a series of speeches that carried on for over an hour.

After the long day, we returned to the cottages and enjoyed a well-deserved night’s sleep.
